Free wellbeing through foraging on Arran
Wild food connects us to an essential and mostly forgotten part of being human. The act of gathering and foraging is profoundly healing and calming for an incredibly wide range of challenges from depression and anxiety to chronic pain. Free wellbeing through foraging sessions are available to residents of Arran through Heather Lodge.

Led by Zoë Le Fay, a qualified Mental Health Nurse & member of the Association of Foragers, each session will focus on creating a supportive and non-judgemental environment. Wild Food, Wildly Being Well urges us all to “come as you are” with the knowledge that however you are in this moment is perfect, and ALL are welcome in the wild. See below for 1:1 or group options or email zoe@wildfoodarran.com for anything not covered here.
