Dive deep into the murky world of edible seaweed with an expert in the field (or ocean!).
This half day masterclass unlocks the secrets of edible seaweeds, their health giving powers, extraordinary flavours, and their special role in the ecosystem.
Led by Zoë Le Fay, a seaweed specialist and Wild Food Educator with a passion for reviving ancient food ways and reawakening our relationship with the tides.
Suitable for all levels: beginners, improvers and experienced foragers lovers alike.
