Masterclass in Pheasant

Step into the world of game meat with a true master of the craft.

Pheasant is a plentiful bird in much of the countryside, yet it rarely makes it onto our plates. The half day masterclass is borne out of our love of local food and our frustration about how difficult it can be to access the very food that lives alongside us. We realise how challenging it can be to get hold of game in general, so this course includes the contacts you need in order to start sourcing pheasant for yourself. Not only will you be trained to process pheasant, but you will also be introduced to a network of local producers.
