In this unique half-day collaboration, join us for a deep dive into the bubbling, tangy world of ferments. Learn how to transform ingredients into probiotic rich creations that nourish your body and delight your taste buds.
Led by Zoë Le Fay, Wild Food Educator and forager, and George Grassie, local sourdough and fermentation chef known for his world famous baking at Blackwater Bakehouse. Together, they’ll show you how to make fermentation simple, accessible, and deeply delicious.
Suitable for all levels from kitchen newcomers to fermentation fanatics. Not suitable for under 16s.
